I have just finished watching the Oprah Show. I am so proud of the work Denzell, Forest and the “children” (as Oprah called them). I have watched the previews at the movie theater and I can’t wait to see the movie. In fact I will be at the 1st showing on Christmas day. I saw Jurnee when she did “Eves Bayou”. She was great then and from previews she is great in this movie. Of course I have followed Denzel and Forest for years. Hats off to Oprah for producing this as well as other films portraying positive images of the black experience.

I went to the 1st show of The Great Debaters. It was all I expected it to be and more. We are calling all our friends telling them to go see it -today! In fact I am going to see it again.
