The Black Knight has arrived!  Kelis and Nas' son has arrived, and according to the mama's Twitter account he's "7.8 pounds of the greatest stuff on earth!"   

Kelis goes on to tweet, "I was in labor for 3 of the longest most painful days of my life. I don't understand when women say they don't remember giving birth. I will remember for the rest of my life. He's kinda perfect btw :)"

I was hoping Nas and Kelis would do some type of joint baby name like KeNas or Nasis. But I guess since they HATE each other, the exes went with a neutral name that starts with a "K".  

Yesterday, reports were swirling that Kelis was in labor on the same day she was to appear in court with matters concerning she and Nas' divorce and child support. But the R&B star went in to labor and allegedly refused to let Nas witness his son's birth. (Probably would have stressed her out to see him in there, sadly). Nonetheless the little one popped out and they named him....WATCH THE VIDEO! LOL!

Nas looks happy and I hope he raises his baby boy OUT of the streets.

Kelis has just filed her financials with the court, making her case to get support and baby expenses from estranged hubby Nas.

Kelis says from 11/08 to 4/09, her average monthly income was $21,616. Hardly poor, but way less than what she and Nas were pulling in while she was with him.

Kelis, who is ready to give birth, has some pretty hefty expenses -- $80,831 a month ... way more than she says she makes.

Kelis says she hasn't toured in a year and most of her income comes from her concerts.

Kelis says she spends $14,861 on her mortgage. Her nanny costs $3,500 a month. She spends $15,000 a month on entertainment, gifts and vacations -- not too shabby. And she says it cost $175 to have the "baby rug dry cleaned."

And there's this ... Kelis says she wants to buy "storage to bank the baby's blood when he is born. The banking is the collection and storage of the stem cells found in the baby's umbilical cord." It's used to treat 70 life-threatening diseases. It all costs $$$.  Read More »

It's great to see people partying and having fun but the randomness of Rapper Nas and Singer Maxwell popping bottles in the hotel room is crazy! They has some groupie chicks chillen around as well. Nas is probably trying to get Kelis's actions off his mind while Maxwell is just being that homeboy to help.

Nas, one of the biggest and richest rappers around, does not want to pay his estranged, pregnant wife Kelis, a penny in spousal support.

Kelis filed for divorce April 30. She's weeks from giving birth and unable to work, but no matter to Nas -- he's filed his response to the divorce, asking the judge to deny her the spousal support she's seeking. For bad measure, he also wants her to pay her own lawyer's fees.

Nas and Kelis both want joint custody of their unborn child.

Kelis cites "irreconcilable differences" for the divorce, but we're told she believes he was cheating on her and that's what buzz-killed the marriage.

TMZ has learned Kelis filed for divorce today in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. She is asking for spousal support and child support. She is also asking for joint legal and physical custody of their unborn child. We've learned the couple separated in the last two weeks. They married in 2005.

No word is she's still living with rumored lover, Dania Ramirez.
