There's a new pair of BFF's hittin' the party scene in Los Angeles!

Nicky Hilton and Keyshia Cole hit up Foxtail in Hollywood the other night.  It looks like Keyshia is steppin' up her socialite game, and gettin' with the "in" crowd outside of ATL!   But Nicky, the cooler of the Hilton sisters, ever since proclaiming to BLACKARAZZI that she is voting Obama has been seen with partying with Jay-Z, Donald Faison, and now Keyshia Cole.  

I guess once you go barack you really never go back!
