It does rain in Southern California! Friday night it rained in Hollywood, so the HOT SPOTS were pretty dead…but the BLACKARAZZI STAFF searched through our archives of footage we shot of the SCANDALOUS THREE (Ray J, Lil’ Kim, and Brandy) partying it up in Hollywood, hittin’ up three spots in one night!
