Forget the 12 days of Christmas! Actor/singer Jamie Foxx continues to celebrate his 40th birthday (which was actually Dec. 13th) at Jet Nightclub at The Mirage Hotel and Casino Resort last night!

Hoping not to be another victim of the ‘Oscar curse’ (The movies ‘Stealth’, ‘The Kingdom’ and ‘Miami Vice’ hardly made any noise, and ‘Dreamgirls’ wasn’t really his film) The real life R&B crooner goes back to the roots of what made him ‘A’ List in the first place, playing a musician. Foxx will star as real life homeless schizophrenic musician, Nathaniel Ayers in ‘The Soloist.’

It’s official…Jamie Foxx hates the paps, and he hates autograph seekers. The BLACKARAZZI TEAM caught up with the man formerly known as WANDA, as he exited the new pap hangout THE GREEN DOOR in Hollywood. There were dozens of paparazzi there, waiting for Paris Hilton to exit, and only a few cared when Jamie stepped out. Maybe that’s why he was so upset? No worries Jamie, the BLACKARAZZI will always have love for ya!
