Recognizing his zeal for education, Ronald McDonald House Charities has named Terrence J the head of its campaign for the African American Future Achievers Scholarship . To date, over $29 million has been awarded to help high school seniors attend college and, with Terrence J’s help, this commitment to excellence and higher education will reach even more students. As the ambassador of this campaign, Terrence J will travel to 10 schools in the New York tri-state area, promoting the importance of education, and will conclude each visit with a ceremony in honor of the scholarship recipients. This former McDonald’s employee went on to be the President of the North Carolina A&T Student Government Association and graduated at the top of his class.
