PINT SIZE GRAND THEFT AUTO - WTF?!

This little 7-yr old, Biggie Smalls wannabe, stole a SUV, and went joy riding tearing up shyt along the way! When asked by the police as to why he did it, he replied, “I wanted to do some hood rat stuff.” What do you think his punishment should be?

    i would have whipped his lil ass fuck what anybody would have said or put his ass in a holding cell for a night to let him see whats its like. it couldnt have been one of mine.

    He needs to go to a morgue and see what vehicular accidents/deaths look like and then took his ass to a jail to see what bubba and butch look like.
